Welcome to bet939. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and bet939 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of bet939 — including the website at bet939.run, any sub-pages, and all products offered through the Platform such as PSL sports betting, poker, roulette, baccarat, fishing games, and the VIP Club — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

bet939 is designed exclusively for the Pakistani market. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, symbol Rs). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using bet939 and, if applicable, request the closure of your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them.

You may only register and use a bet939 account if you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing bet939 for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of bet939, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been previously excluded from bet939 through a self-exclusion request or a Platform-initiated suspension that remains in effect.
• Participation in online betting and gaming is not prohibited under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

bet939 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during your account registration or at any time thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will result in account restriction until verification is completed, and may result in permanent closure of the account if verification cannot be satisfied.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) bet939 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different email addresses, different payment details, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts associated with the same individual being suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. bet939 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Do not allow another person to place bets using your account.
• Do not use a shared device to access bet939 without logging out after each session.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any unrecognised activity on your account.

bet939 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts with pending KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

bet939 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically credited to your bet939 balance instantly. Bank IBFT deposits are credited once the transfer is confirmed by our payment processing team, which normally takes up to 30 minutes during business hours. Card deposits are subject to standard card processing times.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned to the source less any applicable processing fees. bet939 uses this policy to prevent fraud and money laundering.

bet939 does not charge a deposit fee on any of the supported payment methods for standard transactions under Rs 100,000. For transactions above this threshold, fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of the transaction. bet939 reserves the right to modify the available payment methods and applicable thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect all players on the Platform.

bet939 targets processing all Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay withdrawals within five minutes of the request being submitted, during normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to two hours. Card withdrawals are subject to standard bank processing timelines which are outside bet939's control.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must complete standard identity verification. This includes verification of your CNIC and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method you are withdrawing to. Providing false KYC documentation will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant balance.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.
• bet939 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal that triggers internal risk controls, which may result in a processing delay of up to 72 hours while the review is conducted.
• In cases where a promotion has been applied and the wagering requirement has not been fully met, withdrawal of the bonus component will not be permitted until the requirement is completed.

bet939 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, VIP Club rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL season. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page alongside the relevant offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by bet939 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a violation of the one-account rule.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the Promotions page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets generally contribute fully toward wagering requirements. Casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Side bets, tie bets in baccarat, and certain low-house-edge bets may be excluded from wagering contributions entirely. The exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• bet939 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a cancellation of an active promotion, players who have already claimed the bonus and are actively progressing toward the wagering requirement will be given a reasonable period to complete it.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or wagering in patterns that artificially generate turnover without genuine risk — will result in the relevant bonus being voided, associated winnings removed, and may result in account suspension.

All sports bets placed on bet939 are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules for PSL betting, casino games, and poker are set out in separate sections below.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation number or on-screen confirmation. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid and will not be settled.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by sport, market, and event. bet939 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet on any market or account at its discretion.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided if an event is abandoned, postponed, or if a market is incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to the player's balance.
• Manifest Errors: bet939 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds where a manifest pricing error has occurred. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and significant mistake in odds that a reasonable player would have recognised as incorrect at the time of placement.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is placed. The acceptance of in-play bets is subject to network conditions and bet939 cannot guarantee that all in-play bets will be accepted within the desired time window.
• PSL Specific: All PSL match bets are settled based on the official match result at the end of the scheduled overs or, in the case of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method (DLS) result, the official DLS outcome. Super overs are counted as part of the match result unless the specific market terms state otherwise.

All casino games available on bet939 — including Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, and Fishing Games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live variants, and real physical dealing equipment in certified studio environments for Live Dealer games. The RNG is subject to periodic third-party auditing to ensure randomness and fairness.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within the game information panel for each casino game on bet939. These figures represent the long-term theoretical return over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any individual player's outcome in any given session.

• Roulette: European Roulette operates with a single zero and a house edge of 2.70%. French Roulette applies La Partage rule (1.35% effective edge on even-money bets). American Roulette has a double zero and a 5.26% house edge. All roulette bets are final once the wheel is in motion.
• Baccarat: All baccarat variants follow standard Punto Banco rules. The Banker bet pays 0.95:1 (5% commission). The Tie bet pays 8:1. Side bets including Player Pair and Banker Pair pay 11:1. All drawing rules are applied automatically by the Platform.
• Poker: Poker games are governed by the specific rules of each variant (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, etc.) as displayed within the game. Rake rates are published on the Poker section page before you join any table.
• Fishing Games: Fishing Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG. The target fish values and weapon costs are displayed within the game at all times.
• Disconnections: If you are disconnected from a live dealer game during an active betting round, bet939's system will record your last confirmed bet and settle the hand based on the outcome. If no bet was confirmed before disconnection, no settlement occurs. Funds associated with unconfirmed bets are returned to your balance.

bet939 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform, including all Pakistani players who access the site. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost through the account settings section:

Where prohibited conduct is identified, bet939 will take appropriate action including, but not limited to, voiding the relevant bets, suspending the account, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

bet939 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to cease service to a specific player or jurisdiction.

In the event of account closure, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding unearned bonus funds and any funds associated with pending investigations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an investigation is ongoing, bet939 may hold the balance until the investigation is resolved.

bet939 collects and processes personal data from players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bet939 uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all data transmission between your device and the Platform's servers. Your account password is stored in hashed form and is never accessible to bet939 staff in plain text. bet939 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Financial transaction data is processed by bet939's certified payment processing partners. Your payment credentials are never stored directly by bet939 — only tokenised references that allow the system to route transactions to the correct payment method without retaining the underlying account details.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet939 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from betting or gaming outcomes, whether due to unfavourable results, errors in bet placement, or misunderstanding of the rules.
• Losses arising from technical failures, including server downtime, disconnection during a live game session, or delayed settlement caused by circumstances outside bet939's control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental losses of any kind.

bet939 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not liable for periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. Where possible, planned maintenance will be communicated to players in advance. During maintenance periods, all open bets remain valid and will be settled once the Platform returns to normal operation.

The total aggregate liability of bet939 to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet939 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Continued use of bet939 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.
